Take a chef home
And while you're at it, take one of the best (and the friendliest)! The bestselling Jamie Oliver cookbook series encourages as much as it inspires: A great start for the first-timer and a must-have for the kitchen veteran. Did we mention the re-designed covers? If not for anything, they will look quite perfect just sitting on your dining/kitchen shelves. But then again, we're pretty sure Mr Oliver will have you whip out your frying pan in no time.

Wear your heart on your sleeves

If you have always had a soft spot for our Mein brooches, you will like the newest wooden and acrylic versions. Slightly smaller in sizes, lower in prices, and just as delightful as the ceramic ones you know of.

Why we call ourselves Rockstar.
It all started when we realised stores in Singapore that sold great looking sneakers catered only to men. Then as the store concept started forming, we decided that not only did we want to provide casual shoes from a feminine point of view, we also wanted to sell the idea of stylish casual dressing.
All of which eventually became about why we wanted to open this store: The wish was for a place - in town - where you feel less like a conspicious consumer (or a frazzled one), and more like a conscious consumer who buys things because you support a certain idealogy/concept/style.
And there will be no you-versus-others over here. It's about forming a sense of self-identity that co-exists happily with others around you. About having thoughts, taste and a great heart.
So our message was - still is - that you don't literally need to lead a wild life to be a rock star. Whatever your trade and age, however your environment is: If you live your life with gusto and integrity, you're great at something (just one thing!), you take pride in what you do and how you treat people, you are our kind of rockstar.
Featured shoes: Our new Converse Jack Purcells, available in male and female sizes.

Whatever your age, style, title, and occupation. Because we all have this other side to us (there must be so much more to you than just your office-persona!). Let it out, have too much fun and nurture it - we have all the ingredients you'll need.

KEEP shoes: Summer 2010
Almost a year in, we are very proud to report healthy (growing) statistics of ladies putting on casual footwear in Singapore: Outfits are being worked differently, sandals traded for plimsoles on weekends, and we literally see a chirpier bounce to foot steps.
We hope this 2nd parter to the KEEP Summer collection will keep you inspired.
Kick off your heels this weekend - on us!
